St. John, Leicester Square, West End


The boutique St. John Hotel, located just off Leicester Square in the West End Chinatown district, offers more than beautiful rooms. It is worth a visit for the food alone. Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver partnered to restore the hotel and open St. John and St. John Bread and Wine in Spring 2013. Chef Henderson is well known for his "nose-to tail" cuisine. Trained as an architect, he specializes in traditional British cuisine served as inspired creations.

The restaurant is open until 2 am and features an extensive French wine list as well as amazing food. Included on the menu are devilled pig skin with cod roe and gurnard tomatoes and aioli. The St. John Bakery serves delicious baked goods specializing in "little buns". Thesemouth-watering pastries are filled with bitter chocolate, prune or anchovy. The St. John is a must for a delicious London meal.

Boundary Rooftop, Shoreditch


The Rooftop at the Boundary Hotel is a great stop for cocktails and hor d'oeuvres while enjoying a spectacular view of London. The hotel was carefully remodeled in a late Victorian Warehouse.It features industrial elements throughout.The hotel has twelve guest rooms and three restaurants and bars.Itwas officiallyopened by Prescott & Conran Limited New Years Eve 2008.

The Rooftop offers panoramic views of London including the Canary Wharf, the Gherkin and the rooftops and spires of East London. A weather proof pergola keeps the bar open all year. Nicola Lesbriel designed a garden featuring olive trees, a large sail-like canopy, and a large open fire. The bar and grill offers drinks and Mediterranean sharing plates of meat andseafood served with fresh herbs and vegetables from the kitchen's working garden. For an evening out any time of the year, the Rooftop offers a spectacular view of London and rich ambiance.

K West Hotel and Spa, Shepherd's Bush


Located close to Westfield Shopping Centre, the K West Hotel is a great place to stop in for a relaxing spa treatment. The top hotel boasts an award winning spa.The spawas named Best Luxury Spa in the UK in 2011 by the World Luxury Spa Awards. The contemporary hotel offers a wide range of spa services to guests and non-guests. Services include a "Snow Paradise" and a wide range of holistic treatments. A hydrotherapy pool with built in massagers offers a warm water treatment. After shopping at Westfield Shopping Centre, an invigorating or relaxing spa treatment at the K West is a must.

The Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell


This thirteen guestroom Georgean townhouse located off St. John's Square offers aneccentric atmosphere, food and cocktails as well as rooms in this boutique hotel.Decorated with sumptuous sofas and rugs, gilt-framed paintings and whimsical taxidermy, the Zetter Townhouse is a great place to stop in for drinks. Tony Conigliaro creates ground-breaking cocktails in the hotel's Cocktail Lounge. Paying homage to the area's rich distillery history, Mr. Conigliaro uses old recipes fortinctures, bitters and herbal remedies in his drinks.Specialty cocktails include a pine needle gimlet and les fleurs dumal made with a mix of rose vodka, a hint of absinthe and lemon juice. A-list stars can be spotted in the Cocktail Lounge with it's discreet entrance off St. John's Square. The Zetter Townhouse is a great place to stop in for cocktails.
